Logging and auditing are major tasks when handling a Database (DB). You need to log the DB operations regularly. Nowadays many automation tools are available: 1. Elastic Stack (ELK) - open source 2. AWS CloudTrail - (for AWS infrastructure). 3. Azure Monitor - (for Microsoft Azure). You need to audit the logs regularly (3hrs once, 12hrs once or daily once). If you notice any of the issues, such as => Multiple failed login attempt => Unauthorized access attempts Get the details(IP address, Geo, time) from the log and fix it. So that you can ensure the database security.
