To evaluate my teams performance I can use Ai called @peoplebox. It helps checking every interaction and reviews which I provide to my team and also reduce 90% admin work.

You don't really need AI to do so; plus, you have to be very careful if you decide to use it. Many senior devs are (for now) much better than coding assistants. Let's think a second what should change when that won't be the case anymore. Should you as a manager (likely coding less than your team), use a tool to analyze code from someone with higher technical skills than you ? Definitly not - you should aim to provide these tools so employee can progress by analyzing their work, and focus on usage stats, rather then outcome. Oh, and soft skills ...
