No Agronegócio, ainda percebo muitas oportunidades para colocar as pessoas no centro do negócio, as empresas podem ser mais acolhedoras e abertas, disruptivas, no sentido de considerar como parte da estratégia a diversidade, abrir caminho para o diverso e as pessoas possam se expressar sem receios, tem muita caminhada para ampliar o número de mulheres, pessoas com deficiências, comunidade lgbtqi+, negros, etc. As pessoas podem ser atraídas por remunera??o, benefícios, planos de carreira, todos esses processos tradicionais de gest?o de pessoas, mas ficam, fazem a diferen?a e criam la?os de engajamento se puderem ser quem s?o, ter voz e espa?o de fala e principalmente, sentir que naquela empresa podem viver o seu propósito de vida e carreira.
